Requirement For Workshop
Participants to carry a paper/pen and 1-2 raisins for practices during the workshop (if you're allergic to raisins you may carry a small piece of fruit or chocolate)
Workshop Fees
On completely voluntary basis (any contribution depending on how much you benefitted or your wish to support our endeavor is accepted with much gratitude)
Time Duration
1-hour standalone workshops (this includes taking you through the logic and experience of multiple practices that you can implement in daily life)
Post The Workshop
A lifelong invitation to join our online community that does live meditation practice once every week (Every Sunday 8 AM - 8:45 AM IST - supported by voluntary contributions)
